Like many newcomers, Jennifer faced challenges in adapting to a new country, including language barriers and difficulties working in her professional field. Determined to thrive despite these obstacles, she discovered her talent for painting while working in the trade. With over three years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting, Jennifer saw not only a chance to excel but also an opportunity to make a difference. Inspired by her own story, she founded DAY 41 CONSTRUCTION, a company built on the principles of progress, empowerment, and purpose. Through her leadership, she has created a platform to uplift other women, particularly newcomers, single mothers, and heads of households, providing them with the skills and opportunities needed to build a better future.
